One of our favourite Purple Walk traditions is seeing the incredible signs our community brings each year. From inspiring messages and epilepsy facts to funny slogans and artistic masterpieces, your signs help make the day unforgettable!

Through group discussions and interactive activities, participants will explore ways to manage stress, reduce anxiety and low mood, and strengthen emotional well-being, all in a welcoming and understanding environment.
