A fond farewell and a warm welcome at Federated Health Charities!

After helping lead two incredible campaigns that both exceeded our $1.6 million fundraising goal, Wanda Minnings wrapped up her role as Communications Lead on October 2nd. We are grateful for her creativity, dedication, and the impact she has made.

At the same time, we’re excited to welcome Seema Opal as our new Communications, Marketing and Events Lead. We look forward to the energy, ideas, and expertise she’ll bring as we continue supporting healthier communities across Ontario.

Please join us in thanking Wanda and welcoming Seema to the Federated Health team.

We’re almost there!

Thanks to the generosity of our donors and supporters, the 2026 Federated Health Charities campaign has raised more than $1.69 million — and we’re now less than $7,000 away from reaching $1.7 million.

With our fiscal year ending September 30, there are only a few days left to help us close the gap.

Every contribution helps our 21 member health charities fund research, support services, education, advocacy, treatment programs and more across Ontario.

Help us reach $1.7M before September 30.
