The City of Saint John is now accepting applications for the 2026 Community Arts Grants for Spring/Summer funding!

This program is designed to provide project support for non-profit organizations or groups wishing to offer quality arts activities in any discipline of the creative arts within the City of Saint John.

Any non-profit organization whose primary purpose is the presentation, promotion, or education of the visual, performing, literary, media, or material arts in Saint John, or that wishes to undertake arts-related projects or activities of benefit to the community, is eligible to apply. If the applicant is an unincorporated nonprofit, an eligible organization must accept funding on their behalf and partner with them on the project.

Applications close on April 2nd. 🎨

The Saint John Community Arts Board is now accepting submissions for the 2025 City of Saint John Art Bank program from individual emerging or professional artists, groups and collaborations, who are residents of the City of Saint John.

The deadline for applications is Monday, December 8, 2025.

Did you know? 🎭🎨

P.R.O. Kids helps youth in our community access so much more than sports! It also supports visual arts, music, dance, theater, and cultural programs, connecting with numerous organizations around Saint John to make opportunities possible for every child.

P.R.O. Kids (Positive Recreation Opportunities for Kids) assists families with the cost of registration fees for their children. Each year, hundreds of local kids are given the opportunity to participate in the sports, recreation, arts or culture activity of their choice. The City of Saint John's P.R.O Kids program is proud to help kids explore their creativity, build confidence, and discover their passions.

The application period is now open for intake!
