This weekend the NBGSARA Mental Health Team completed refresher training, bringing together CISM members and R2MR instructors from across New Brunswick, including RVGSAR member Clara Tarjan.

The weekend provided an opportunity to refresh skills, strengthen connections, share experiences, and prepare for the year ahead.

Supporting the mental health and well-being of our search and rescue volunteers is an important part of keeping our teams strong, prepared, and ready to respond.
