Do you live in Crescent Valley or Anglin Drive?
Do you have a concern about housing and want to speak to a Housing NB Program Officer?
On Fridays from 10AM-12PM Housing NB's Program Officer will be at CVRC, 130 MacLaren Blvd. to meet with you. This is a great chance to speak directly with someone about your housing concerns—no need to travel to the housing office. The Program Officer will be on-site to help with tenancy-related questions and provide support right in your neighbourhood.

Your income tax information can only be found on your CRA MyAccount, you will never receive an email verifying your Notice of Assessment from the CRA. Do not click on any links and check to see if you have mail through your CRA MyAccount.

Scammers are sending messages saying your tax return has errors and sending you a link to download a revised notice of assessment.

They also tell you that the notice isn’t available in your CRA account and that you have a limited time to download it.

What to do:

✔️ don’t click on any links or buttons
✔️ don’t download or open any attachments
✔️ don’t reply to the message
✔️ view your personal income tax and benefit info online in your CRA account
✔️ report the scam

Heads up, Saint John, Kennebecasis, Sussex, and Charlotte County!

The phone number for booking blood and specimen collection appointments at five of our facilities is changing on Monday, Oct. 26.

Starting on Monday, to book, cancel, or reschedule an appointment at one of the following hospitals/facilities, please call 1-833-482-0774:
• Saint John Regional Hospital
• St. Joseph’s Hospital (Saint John)
• Kennebecasis Valley Health Services
• Sussex Health Centre
• Charlotte County Hospital

To book an appointment at the Market Place Wellness Centre, please call 506-632-5636.

Appointment bookings at all other hospitals and facilities in the Saint John and surrounding areas will continue to use the existing phone numbers. There will be no impact to previously booked appointments.

Public Health is hosting a Health Toddler Assessment drop-in on Monday, October 26, and November 23 at the CVRC, 130 MacLaren Blvd., 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM. Translation is available, and a light snack will be provided. Siblings are welcome to join us.
What is a Healthy Toddler Assessment?
It is an assessment for children 18-24 months, that is done by Public Health Nurses. It is a chance to check on your child’s growth and development. It allows for the early detection of any concerns. It will give you the chance to have your child’s vaccine records checked by a Public Health Nurse.
