🎗️ Small Gifts, Big Smiles, Lots of Love! ❤️

Today, our volunteers from the Gold Ribbon Society of Canada visited BC Children’s Hospital to deliver some special gifts and share a little love and happiness. 🎁💛

We prepared a lovely tricycle 🚲, some delicious seaweed snacks, a beautiful Halloween princess costume 👸, and a special gift for a mom. ❤️

From assembling and decorating the tricycle to carefully cleaning and wrapping the gifts, we put love and care into every little detail, hoping to bring a wonderful surprise and some happy moments. 🎀🎁

Seeing the smiles and happiness these little gifts can bring makes all our efforts worthwhile. 🥰

We also wanted to show our appreciation and support for the parents, who give so much love and care to their children every single day. 💕

A heartfelt thank you to all our generous donors and supporters. Your kindness makes these meaningful moments possible and helps us continue spreading warmth and hope to families facing difficult times.

Sometimes, even the smallest gifts can bring the biggest smiles and the warmest memories. ❤️

🎗️ Mid-Autumn Visit to BC Children’s Hospital

Gold Ribbon recently visited BC Children’s Hospital to bring Mid-Autumn Festival wishes, gifts, and support to children receiving treatment and their families.

During the visit, our volunteers prepared festive lantern crafts, children’s toys, mooncakes, and a variety of snacks, creating an opportunity for young patients and their families to experience the warmth and joy of the Mid-Autumn Festival while in hospital. 🥮🏮🎁

Many of the children we met are undergoing challenging treatments. Seeing them smile as they selected their favourite toys and snacks, and happily returned to their rooms with their gifts, was a meaningful reminder of why these moments of care and connection matter. ❤️

A small gift or a moment of companionship may seem simple, but during a long treatment journey, it can bring comfort, encouragement, and a much-needed moment of happiness to a child and their family.

We sincerely thank the families who welcomed our visit, as well as BC Children’s Hospital for their support and assistance in making this event possible.

Gold Ribbon remains committed to supporting children and families throughout their treatment journey through care, practical assistance, and meaningful community support.

May every child facing illness be surrounded by more hope, more warmth, and more love. 💛

💛 2⃣0⃣2⃣6⃣ Gold Ribbon Mother’s Day Charity Flowers Sale
Successfully Completed 💐

This year’s Mother’s Day charity event raised a total of
🎉 $4,479 🎉

A heartfelt thank you to the nearly 100 child volunteers who participated with so much passion and love.

Thank you to every little volunteer who helped spread warmth, kindness, and smiles throughout the community ❤

Through this event, children learned the importance of caring, sharing, and giving back to the community.

This Mother’s Day, our amazing children volunteers brought their courage, smiles, and warm hearts to ❤️Fisherman’s Wharf and ❤️Tsawwassen Mills for a very special charity flower sale.

Throughout the day, children joyfully introduced flowers to the community, shared heartfelt Mother’s Day wishes, and helped spread kindness one flower at a time 🌸

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to support, donate, purchase flowers, or simply encourage our volunteers.

Thank you as well to all the dedicated parents and volunteers who made this meaningful event possible.

This Mother’s Day, a group of amazing children will be bringing courage, kindness, and smiles to the community through a meaningful charity flower sale 🌷

Each flower is not only a Mother’s Day gift,
