Meet Ryan Davis.
A Sask-raised artist redefining what the viola can be, Ryan is a performer, composer, and creative force who blends his classical roots with the sounds of folk, electronic, and hip-hop music.
Described as “a violist unlike any other” (Stir Vancouver), Ryan has captivated audiences with his innovative approach, creating performances that challenge expectations and reveal the incredible possibilities of his instrument. In 2021, CBC Music named him one of “30 Hot Canadian Classical Musicians Under 30,” and his unique sound has taken him to stages across Canada and around the world.
