In this time of need, the Sri Lankan Association of Regina is launching a Relief Fund to support Sri Lanka’s recovery.

Cyclone Ditwah has devastated our island nation, causing severe flooding and landslides across the country. Despite the many challenges Sri Lanka has faced in recent years, its people have always shown remarkable resilience — but this disaster has brought unprecedented hardship.

Together, we can help Sri Lanka rebuild.
To contribute to the Relief Fund, please e-transfer your donation to: [email protected]

Please add the note: “SL Flood Relief” to your transfer.

Funds will be collected until the 15th of December, after which the total amount will be transferred to the official Sri Lankan Government Relief Fund.

Sri Lanka is facing one of the worst floods in its history as Cyclone Ditwah devastates communities across the island. Tens of thousands of people have been displaced, and the death toll continues to rise. As Sri Lankans abroad, we ask everyone to keep Sri Lanka in their thoughts during these extremely difficult times.
