SAVE THE DATE - Honouring Our Treaty: A Community Conversation

Following the recent joint statement to Members, Saugeen Ojibway Nation Joint Council has met and is moving forward with its commitment to bring our communities together.

On Saturday, November 7, 2026, Members of Saugeen First Nation and Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation are invited to join leadership for a community conversation about our ongoing Treaty claim and the path forward. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share perspectives, hear directly from leadership and better understand the next steps as we continue working together to protect our Treaty rights.

Time, location and further details will be shared soon.

For more information about our Treaty claim, visit www.honourthetreaty.ca.
