There’s something special about making music together...

Our singers are back at rehearsal today, October 19, continuing to learn, grow, and prepare for the exciting season ahead.

From individual voices coming together to create one beautiful sound, every rehearsal is an opportunity to build confidence, friendships, and a love of music. 🎵

A big thank-you to all of our singers, families, and volunteers who make the Georgian Bay Children’s Choir possible!

Next rehearsal: October 26, 2026

What actually happens at choir rehearsal?

It's so much more than standing in a room and singing songs!

Rehearsals are where young singers learn how to listen to one another, work as an ensemble, develop their musical skills and bring individual voices together to create one sound.

And somewhere along the way, there are plenty of smiles, laughs and new friendships too.

We’re so excited to have our singers back for another season!

Today marks the first rehearsal of the Fall 2026 season for the Georgian Bay Children’s Choir!

There’s something special about that first rehearsal of a new season — familiar faces coming back together, new singers joining the group, and a whole new collection of music waiting to be discovered.

We can't wait to see what this season brings!

And if you haven't registered yet, there's still time. Fall registration is open until September 15th.

Here's to a wonderful season of music, friendship and lots of singing!

Why join the children’s choir?

Because it’s about so much more than singing!

Being part of a choir gives children the opportunity to:

🎵 Build confidence
🎵 Make new friends
🎵 Learn teamwork
🎵 Develop musical skills
🎵 Experience the joy of performing
🎵 Be part of something bigger than themselves

And, of course, they get to sing!

Registration for the Georgian Bay Children’s Choir Fall 2026 term is open until September 15th.

If you've been wondering whether GBCC might be a good fit for your child, now is the time to find out!
