With another heatwave Safe n Sound is seeking donation supports for Community Members battling the heat.

We are desperately seeking:
women's shorts (S-L)
men's shorts (XS-XL)
deodorant

We also welcome regular donations including adult summer footwear, Gatorade and other electrolytes, hygiene items, laundry detergent and towels.

Donations can be brought to Safe n Sound Monday-Sunday 9-3 or dropped off at Owen Sound & North Grey Union Public Library during their business hours Mon-Thurs 1-8, Fri-Sat 10-5

Whether you're carrying the loss of a client, the weight of difficult situations, or simply the emotional impact of caring for others, you don't have to carry it alone.

Heavy to Hold is a grief recovery support group created specifically for service providers—a space to connect, reflect, and support one another with people who understand the realities of this work.
