Rates are based on km's. In order to give an exact quote for transportation please call 519-641-1633. Our prices include the transportation time as well as our time with the client should they require special assistance such as getting into the office where their appointment is, bringing groceries into their home etc.
-Clients that require someone to stay with them at a medical appointment there is an additional cost of $25/hour.
-Client who would like us to pick up groceries for them the cost is $50. This includes our travel to and from grocery store, getting the groceries and delivering them directly into the kitchen.
-Payment can be made by cash, cheque, mastercard , visa or debit card.
-Clients who use the service more than 3 times in a one month period, we offer monthly billing, otherwise clients pay for each trip.
-Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.
-We ask for two days advance notice when booking transportation however if clients are not able to provide that we will try to accommodate.
-Driver is First Aid/CPR certified, has a clear Criminal Reference Check for the Vulnerable sector as well as a clean drivers abstract.
-We carry two million commercial liability insurance as well as one million general liability insurance.
