Activity sign-up is all about choice, confidence, and trying something new! 🌲💙

Each day, campers get to choose the activities they are most excited about—from swimming and paddling to arts and crafts, archery, biking, and more. We encourage everyone to step outside their comfort zone, discover new interests, and give something a try!

At Camp Presqu’ile, our one-room schoolhouse approach means campers of all ages and genders come together at activities. This creates a welcoming community where campers can learn from one another, make new friends, and share in the fun

Big things are coming to Camp Presqu’ile! 💙🌲
We are so excited to share that construction is underway on our new washroom and shower facility, led by JP Contracting. The new building will provide private, accessible spaces designed to better support the comfort, dignity, and inclusion of every camper.
We look forward to welcoming campers into this much-needed new space for summer 2027.
This project is made possible through our Building for Generations Fund—a commitment to ensuring Camp Presqu’ile remains a safe, welcoming, and memorable place for young people for years to come.
Help us build for the future! To donate to the Building for Generations Fund, please visit the link in our bio. Every gift helps create a stronger Camp Presqu’ile for generations to come.

Congratulations to Joseph, recipient of the Extra Mile Award! 🏆💙

This special award recognizes a camper who goes above and beyond to help around camp, include others, and make a positive contribution to our community. Joseph’s kindness, leadership, and willingness to lend a hand made a meaningful difference this summer.

The Extra Mile Award has not been given out since 2022, making this recognition especially meaningful. A special shout-out to Spades for nominating Joseph and helping us recognize such an amazing camper. Your nomination highlighted the kindness, leadership, and positive impact Joseph had on our Camp Presqu’ile community.

We are so proud of you, Joseph! 🌲

One of our favourite last-day traditions at Camp Presqu’ile is camp shirt signing! 💙🌲

Every camper receives a camp shirt and has the chance to collect signatures from friends, cabin mates, and counsellors. By the end of the day, their shirt becomes a camp yearbook—a reminder of the memories, inside jokes, and people who made their time at camp so special.

It is a simple tradition that gives campers something meaningful to take home and look back on long after camp ends.

Special Days are some of the most magical moments at Camp Presqu’ile! ✨🌲

A Special Day is when camp is transformed around a fun theme, with themed activities, games, costumes, meals, and lots of surprises throughout the day. Behind the scenes, our staff team works together to plan every detail and bring the theme to life for campers.

We do Special Days to create unforgettable memories, give campers a chance to be silly, and add a little extra magic to their camp experience. Whether campers are dressing up, trying something new, or laughing with their cabin, Special Day reminds us that camp is a place where imagination can run wild! 💙

Creativity and teamwork were on full display during Session B! 🧀💛

The Eagle’s Nest Senior Girls worked together to create an amazing sculpture of cheese using yellow items found around camp. From sharing ideas to finding the perfect materials, this project was a fun reminder of what can happen when campers use their imaginations and collaborate.

We love seeing the creative, silly, and memorable moments our campers make together at Camp Presqu’ile!

🏆 Programmer of the Year: Fizz! 🏆

Fizz earned this award for creating memorable, engaging, and fun experiences for campers during every activity. From drama and dance to arts and crafts and archery, Fizz brought creativity, enthusiasm, and thoughtful planning to every program.

An exceptional programmer is always prepared, has a backup plan ready, and finds new ways to make each lesson exciting—and Fizz did exactly that all summer long.

Congratulations, Fizz! Thank you for helping make Camp Presqu’ile such a fun and memorable place for every camper.

There is something so special about watching campers step onto the stage, try something new, and cheer each other on along the way. ✨

Our production of The Wizard of Oz was full of courage, creativity, laughter, and so much camp spirit. We are especially proud of the dedication shown by every camper in the play, who practised, performed, and gave their all to make the production shine.

A huge thank-you also goes to our Explorers (TC) leadership campers, who helped bring the production together behind the scenes. Their creativity, teamwork, and leadership helped make the show such a fun and memorable experience for everyone.

What a wonderful celebration of camp community! 🌈💙

🏆 Rookie of the Year: Bronco! 🏆

After spending years with us as a camper, Bronco joined our staff team this summer and truly showed us the heart of Camp Presqu’ile. He built community with anyone and everyone, supported his campers in having fun, and helped create the friendships that make camp so special.

Bronco also brought great energy and care to his programming, especially during swimming lessons. He helped campers build confidence in the water while making each lesson fun, encouraging, and meaningful.

Congratulations, Bronco—we are so proud of the care, energy, and camp spirit you brought to your first summer on staff! 💙
