Yesterday, the OLIP staff joined colleagues for the LASI Professional Development Day. In an era where settlement workers face increasing work overload and challenging budget cuts, taking a moment to reset isn't just a luxury—it’s a necessity.

We were deeply moved by Dr. Susan Biali's keynote address on resilience. Her insights provided us with much-needed tools to protect our well-being while we continue to support newcomers in navigating complex systems.

We capped off the day with team-building activities that reminded us that while the work isn't always easy, we have an incredible community standing behind us. Together, we are stronger and ready to keep building a . 🤝
