WOW! What can we say? We are blown away by the Day of Service provided by the Allstate Foundation of Canada! Abuse Hurts was one of several charities assisted by incredible teams created with experts from across Canada for this 2nd annual initiative. Please keep doing this AFC!
Over a period of two months, they acquired info, assembled teams, interviewed charity personnel, lay the groundwork.....and then for most of the day today, they asked questions and went to work putting together plans and strategies that addressed the needs communicated by the charities.
We are walking away today with grateful hearts and armed with a fantastic presentation that breaks down the plans, strategies and next steps for us to implement.
What a GIFT! I think I can speak for all grass-roots charities in saying we are usually understaffed and don't have the time or resources to do this work.
This has injected fresh hope into our staff and volunteers - and board!

We can't thank you enough and can't wait to hit the ground running with the amazing tools you handed to us. You are amazing people and we hope you know that you have made a HUGE HUGE difference at Abuse Hurts!
