You can make a donation via cash or cheque to our address in Newmarket, or through our online service should you wish to use your credit card by going to our website innfromthecold.ca

As a registered charity, Inn from the Cold provides a charitable tax receipt for any donation of $20.00 or more made directly to Inn From The Cold so please include your name, address and phone number. You may choos

e to focus your donation towards one of our programs or some of our fundraising needs instead including, volunteering, sponsoring a night, needed items, Friday Community Meal, hosting an event and more.

🏠Did you know? we are Opening a New Facility!!!🧱

Exciting things are happening!

We are nearing completion of a brand-new 16,000 square-foot housing centre designed to help even more people on their journey to stable housing.

This purpose-built facility will feature:
✅A 3.5-fold increase in the number of transitional housing units
✅An emergency shelter to provide immediate support when it is needed most
✅Dedicated programming and community spaces to help individuals build skills, connections and confidence

With this new home, we’ll be able to expand our impact and support more people as they transition on toward safe, stable and permanent housing.

We can’t wait to welcome our community into this new space and continue creating pathways to housing and hope.

Our frontline staff provides daily support to individuals accessing emergency housing and related support services. They help create a safe, respectful and welcoming environment while assisting clients with immediate needs, crisis response, housing connections and community resources.

Team members work closely with clients every day to provide practical support, respond to challenges, and help individuals work toward a greater stability and long-term housing goals!
