We started in 1984 when a group of parents saw the need for a support network as they raised their children. Since then, we’ve grown within the Region of Peel to become the largest EarlyON provider in Peel while also providing extra support through the Healthy Start, Growing Together in Peel, and Bridging the Gap initiatives. We now deliver programs and services at more than 40 different locations across Peel.

Join us for an event filled with movement, physical literacy, fitness and FUN!🎉

BridgeWay Family Fun Day is a free outdoor event for families with children birth to 6 years of age (older siblings welcome). Together we’ll take part in forest exploration, a Nature Story Circle (11:00 AM - 11:20 AM) and family fitness while connecting with each other and the community.

🗓️ Tuesday August 18
⏰ 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
📍Huron Park: 830 Paisley Boulevard West, Mississauga
Find us in Area A, across from the parking lot, between the Huron Park Recreation Centre and the soccer field.

☀️☔️We’ll be outside rain or shine! Please be sure to dress for the weather. Don’t forget to bring water, snacks and sunscreen for you and your family.

Pre-registration is not needed. We hope to see you there! 💜

It's easy to get caught up with how the internet and social media defines self-care and to become overwhelmed with ideas for 'better self-care' that are often unnattainable. The reality is, self-care is different for everyone.
