💙 Community. Connection. Partnership.
The celebrations continued at Wellbrook Place with the first-ever Family Fest, hosted by the Family Councils of Wellbrook Place East and Wellbrook Place West.
Residents, families, staff, and community partners came together for an afternoon of live music, raffle prizes, learning, and fun. Guests also had the opportunity to connect with organizations including Silverts Adaptable Clothing, IPAC, On-Site Specialists, Hospice Mississauga, and the Alzheimer Society.
As part of September’s Belonging@PCH theme, Partnership, Family Fest showcased the power of bringing people together to support residents and families. It also highlighted the important role Family Councils play in fostering engagement, advocacy, and connection, creating opportunities for family members to share experiences, collaborate with leadership, and help strengthen the resident and family experience.
Events like Family Fest bring PCH’s Strategic Plan to life by helping us Drive Connected Care for Seniors and Aging Adults in the Community, and Deliver High-Quality Care through meaningful relationships and collaboration.
