PMC’s Youth Community Connection Program will help newcomer youth adapt, integrate and overcome stress with their transition into a new country. We accomplish this by doing group activities with mentors who are familiar with Canadian culture to the emotional and social needs of newcomer youth. Our mentors are trained and will assist youth in feeling welcome and adapting easily into our country. Ou
