Sometimes, simple moments make a meaningful difference.

At Alzheimer Society Peel, we believe that when people living with early-stage dementia stay connected to the community, it can help build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging. We create opportunities for people living with dementia to stay engaged, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful connections beyond our walls.

From coffee with friends to enjoying a familiar community outing, these experiences create opportunities to connect, participate and simply enjoy the moment.

Because living well with dementia means staying connected to the people and community around you.
