A healthy, growing church is not measured merely by numbers, but by a shared commitment to the Gospel. When believers are united in Christ, that unity naturally overflows into a greater passion for sharing the Good News and a willingness to actively participate in gospel ministry.

Today, we thank God for fathers who seek to lead their families in faith, love, and obedience to Christ. In a world filled with competing voices and priorities, godly fathers are called to stand firm, pointing their families toward the truth of God’s Word.

This Father’s Day, let us encourage and pray for fathers to lead with humility, courage, and unwavering devotion to Christ, trusting Him to guide their families in His ways.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandfathers, and father figures who are faithfully serving the Lord and investing in the next generation.

Every day, we are surrounded by messages that shape our thinking, values, and priorities. That's why it is so important for believers to be rooted in Scripture. God's Word renews our minds, strengthens our faith, and helps us discern truth from error. When we consistently spend time in the Bible, we are equipped to stand firm in a changing culture and grow in our relationship with Christ.

"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind..." — Romans 12:2

The kingdom of God looks very different from the world. The world celebrates status, recognition, and self-promotion, but Jesus points us to the path of humility and selflessness.

True greatness is not found in being served, but in serving others with a heart that reflects Christ. When we willingly put others before ourselves, we follow the example of Jesus, who came not to be served but to serve and give His life for many.

Pride seeks to elevate self, but humility submits to God and trusts Him for exaltation in His perfect timing. As followers of Christ, we are called to pursue faithfulness over fame, service over status, and God's approval over the praise of people.

The Gospel Unity Mission with The Cross Current is a free opportunity for likeminded invitees to unify in the gospel with other Christians and churches for personal training in conversational evangelism and gospel outreach in their own local mission field.

This event is open to all Christians, but attendance is by invitation only. Please contact us for more information and to ensure we still have sufficient training capacity.

God calls us to trust Him wholeheartedly, remain faithful, and delight in His presence. As we surrender our plans and desires to Him, He shapes our hearts according to His will and faithfully works in our lives. We may not always see His timing, but we can rest knowing that He is trustworthy and will act for His glory and our good.
