VON volunteers help community members monitor and track their blood pressure (BP) effectively. Our BP clinics are especially beneficial for individuals who experience “white coat syndrome,” a condition in which blood pressure readings may be higher in clinical settings, such as a doctor’s office, due to stress or anxiety.

VON BP clinics are also ideal for anyone seeking support with monitoring their blood pressure.

This program is completely free of charge.

To register, simply visit one of our clinics at Thorndale Community Centre on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The 17th Annual Ailsa Craig Country Breakfast in support of VON Middlesex was held June 7th at the Ailsa Craig Community Centre.

Local fire departments from Lucan-Biddulph and Ailsa Craig along with the Ladies from the Ailsa Craig Lions cooked an amazing breakfast for just under 900 people. The group of roughly 70 volunteers including the amazing committee members made sure the morning went as smoothly as possible.

With all of the efforts and attendance, the committee members have presented a cheque for $10000 to VON Middlesex. Thank you to all who made this year's event a huge success!
