Congratulations to Dr. Daniel Drucker on being named a 2026 Citation Laureate by Clarivate! 👏
Inducted into the Canadian Medical Hall of Fame in 2022, Dr. Drucker is recognized for discoveries that helped reveal the therapeutic potential of GLP-1 and advance treatments for diabetes, obesity and other metabolic diseases.
We are proud to celebrate this latest recognition of a Canadian medical leader whose research continues to have an extraordinary impact on human health worldwide.

Daniel Drucker, a senior investigator at the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute, Sinai Health and University Professor of medicine in the University of Toronto's Temerty Faculty of Medicine, has been named a 2026 Citation Laureate by U.K.-based analytics company Clarivate.
