As the 2026 Forest Capital of Canada, we’re celebrating by giving away over 2,000 free trees on Earth Day, your chance to add life, shade, and beauty to your home, while helping grow our urban forest.
- When: April 22, 2026
- Where: Carling Heights Optimist Community Centre
- Time: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Bonus: One free bag of Green Bin compost per vehicle (while supplies last)
- Limit: 2 trees per vehicle, while supplies last
Step outside. Plant a tree. Leave a legacy.
