Rights and Responsibilities Awareness Initiative RRAI is a community initiative, incorporated as a not-for-profit, aimed at spreading legal, financial, and cultural awareness to the Ontario community.

Vision: Ensure that all community members are fully aware of their rights and responsibilities. Mission: Spread the awareness of rights and responsibilities in the community. Objectives:
Identify the topics that need to be covered in awareness campaigns;
Plan, coordinate, mobilize resources for the awareness campaign;
Conduct awareness campaigns to spread awareness in the community;
Collect and analyze the feedback and make adjustments accordingly;

Today, on September 30th, National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour the survivors of residential schools, their families, and their communities. We also remember the children who never made it home.

This day is a time for reflection, learning, and action. Truth comes before reconciliation, and we each have a role to play in committing to a future built on respect, dignity, and justice.

At RRAI, we stand in solidarity with Indigenous peoples and recommit ourselves to spreading awareness, fostering dialogue, and working together for lasting change.

We encourage everyone to take time today to learn, listen, and engage in meaningful acts of reconciliation.

What a wonderful evening! ❤️
RRAI is proud to share some special moments from our 2026 Community Recognition Event, held on September 23 at the London Public Library.
Under the theme “Building Stronger Communities Together,” the evening brought together community leaders, public representatives, partners, volunteers, supporters, and friends to celebrate the people and organizations making a positive difference in our community.

We were honoured to welcome Chief Thai Truong of the London Police Service, MPP Terence Kernaghan, representatives from RBC, the London Community Foundation, community organizations, mayoral candidates, and many other community members and supporters. We were also grateful to receive a special video message from Mayor Josh Morgan.

A highlight of the evening was recognizing individuals and organizations whose contributions reflect the values at the heart of RRAI: education, community engagement, partnership, inclusion, and service.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended, supported the event, helped behind the scenes, and continues to believe in RRAI's mission.
These photos capture more than an event. They capture community, partnership, friendship, and a shared commitment to making London stronger.
