🎉✨At L'Arche, we create and enjoy wonderful celebrations of everyday life and of special occasions together and live in joy!🎉✨

Mamma Mia, what a night! Our Taste of Eataly (Italy) Potluck & Community Night this month of June was officially one of our most epic and fun events ever! 🤩 🤩🤩

Our generous community members filled the tables with an incredible spread of delicious Italian dishes. Then things got hilariously intense during the games - the competitive spirit was real as teams battled it out through a knowledge test in Italian Trivia Game; then the evening reached peak chaos with Pizza Delivery Relay where the competition was fierce, the laughs were nonstop, and everyone gave their best! 🥳🥳🥳

A big and heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone who brought a dish to share, participated with such high energy, and worked behind the scenes to setup and clean. You all make our L'Arche Lethbridge monthly event memorable and life-giving! 💙💙💙

🤩💖At L'Arche: our annual traditions bring us together in meaningful ways and we enjoy spending time doing things with one another to build togetherness.🤩💖

What a gift our Community Retreat was! 🎉💝

We left nourished in every way - by the thoughtful talks, joyful activities, delicious food, and most of all by being together! No matter how long or short the time is, being with fellow L'Arche community members and friends always brings us joy! 🥰💙🥰

Deep gratitude to everyone who participated and brought their hearts and smiles to the event. Thank you to our retreat leader for guiding us with wisdom, to our cooks who fed us with so much love, and to all who supported us in more ways than one - we couldn’t have done it without you! ❤️❤️❤️

Last week, we gathered for an evening filled with joy and love, and a ton of pizza to celebrate Disability Service Professionals Appreciation Week. We also had a blast dressing up with fun props and striking poses at our colorful photobooth! 🤩🥳

Our Assistants and Relief bring so much light into our community. So for our incredible Team Members: THANK YOU for your unwavering commitment and the loving service you give to our Core Members and the entire L'Arche Lethbridge community. You make our homes a warmer, safer and more joyful place every single day. We appreciate you, we love you, and we are so honored to walk alongside you in the mission of L'Arche. 🙏🫶 At L'Arche, trust in God is at the heart of our journey together. 🫶🙏

Last week’s Prayer Night was such a beautiful reminder that our spiritual, mental, and physical health are all connected. Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit, that's why we need to take care of them and love them. When we nurture our whole health, we are better equipped to be the hands and feet of Jesus to those around us. This means being a true friend, showing up with a listening ear, and giving people the total freedom to be exactly who God made them to be. Thanks so much Teresa for giving us an inspiring and nourishing evening! 💖
