CATALYST was in attendance at the Grand Opening of The Neighborhood Chef this past week. It's always exciting to see new businesses opening, especially as a part of the Downtown Lethbridge Neighborhood.

CATALYST was invited to take a tour of the new Southside Commercial development by Westco Construction. A few job seekers were able to tour the site, ask questions abouts trades and jobs, and were given insight into the industry by Westco's amazing team.

As part of our celebration of Disability Employment Awareness Month, we are celebrating Lethbridge Businesses that have taken great strides in promoting inclusion in their workplace.

Today we celebrate and put a spotlight on AVAIL LLP Lethbridge.

CATALYST was so honored to be a part of the 2025 IDEA conference in Calgary. As we look to the future of inclusive Employment, collaboration is going to be so critical.

CATALYST was able to be involved with moderating a panel with two representatives from ATB, who showcased the business perspective and brought a refreshing insight from an employer who is trying to build inclusion.

What an engaging and powerful couple of days with the team at the Lethbridge and District YWCA. We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to provide training and guidance on Unconscious Bias and the impact it has on our workplaces.

Each of these sessions was full of dialogue from their team, and prompted deep and insightful discussions.

A huge thank you to the team and leadership at the YWCA for allowing us to support you and your team in your journey to build a work environment that supports the diverse pathways and experiences that have built this fantastic group of people.
