Today is a very special day at Project Canaan as Heart for Africa celebrates 20 years of ministry, impact, and hope. As we mark this milestone, we want to recognise and celebrate two Canadians whose vision and faith have transformed countless lives in Eswatini and beyond.
Twenty years ago, Ian and Janine Maxwell stepped out in faith and founded Heart for Africa (Canada) with a desire to serve vulnerable children and communities. What started as a calling has grown into a thriving ministry that continues to provide hope, education, healthcare, food security, and opportunity for thousands.
Their journey has been one of sacrifice, perseverance, and unwavering trust in God's plan. Because of their leadership and commitment, generations of children have been given the chance to dream, grow, and thrive.
Today, we celebrate not only the work of Heart for Africa (Canada) but also the two people whose faithful "yes" helped make it all possible.
Ian and Janine, thank you for 20 years of service, compassion, and dedication. Canada is proud of you, and we are grateful to stand alongside you in this mission.
Join us in thanking Ian and Janine for their 20 years of service and for the incredible legacy they continue to build. ❤️
