We’re seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Reception and Client Care Coordinator!

As the heart at our front door, you would greet and connect parents to the resources and programs they need to thrive.

This year marks 40 years of Waterloo Sports Medicine (just like us!🎉) and to celebrate, they decided to give back!

During Baby Bottle, WSM exceeded their goal of raising $3,000 to support mothers & families!

We are very grateful for their generosity and care for our community!

Today is National Non-Profit Day, so we’re celebrating Liz! 🎉

Liz is our in-house non-profit expert (a.k.a. Intake & Outreach Coordinator).

She gets to know each family’s unique needs and connects them with the right support… both at our Centre and other non-profit organizations in the Waterloo Region. 🤍

Outside of the Centre, you’d likely find her gardening or spending time with her grandson. ☀️💕

To celebrate her child’s first birthday, Ashley asked for donations to The Pregnancy Centre.

Her friends & family did not disappoint!

They gathered stuffed animals, hygiene items, blankets, and a whole lot of diapers… enough to support over 65+ families at the Centre! 🤯

Did you know that hugs are basically a superpower?

They’re used to show love but they can also decrease cortisol (stress), regulate blood pressure, and boost immune functions! 🤯

This is the perfect excuse to chase down your toddlers, teenagers (and even your adults!) to give them a squeeze.
