Where period-friendly trivia meets friendly competition: This is Spot On!

It’s simple: A facilitator reads out questions about periods, period products, the menstrual cycle, period equity and period myths.

Teams then race to fill their period kit with tokens by answering the questions correctly.

It’s a fast, fun and free way to get everyone in on the conversation about menstrual health & equity!

Periods are a part of life. Menstrual health should be too.

Product access, education, and period-friendly policies make it so.

But we need government support for that – and time is running out.

Our ask is simple: take two minutes to tell your MP to renew the Menstrual Equity Fund.

What if we told you young boys tend to be curious and compassionate about periods by default?

Our period workshop facilitators have noticed it consistently in the schools they visit.

We love this sweet story from Shanice. It's a testament to the importance of *inclusive* period education.

When we decide that boys shouldn't learn about periods, we rob the next generation of the chance to talk about menstruation openly, free from stigma and shame.

We also lose an opportunity to raise allies for menstrual equity who don't necessarily menstruate themselves.

The earlier we promote that allyship by including boys in the room, the more equitable the future will be. ❤️

A huge thank you to our friends at The Rotary Club of Parkdale-High Park-Humber for their ongoing commitment to menstrual equity in their local community.

This summer, The Redwood and Anishnawbe Health Toronto received 11,668 units of menstrual products. That’s equivalent to supporting about 330 periods!

Period justice is a community project. We couldn’t do it without you folks. 🩸🤝
