Do you love French, community events, connecting with families, and making things happen behind the scenes?
Canadian Parents for French (CPF) AB/NWT is looking for a Branch Outreach Coordinator to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, creative, bilingual, community-minded, and passionate about French-second-language learning.
In this role, you’ll help:
🎉 Plan and coordinate family, parent, student, and advocacy events
🤝 Support CPF chapters and volunteers across Alberta
📣 Coordinate communications, outreach, and promotional activities
📋 Manage registrations, membership information, resources, and branch administration
🍁 Represent CPF Alberta at community and partner events
💙 Support the Executive Director, Board, and committees in advancing CPF Alberta’s mission
We’re looking for someone who:
🇨🇦 Is fluent in both English and (hopefully) French
📍 Lives in the Greater Edmonton Area
🚗 Has a valid Class 5 driver’s licence
💻 Is comfortable with Microsoft 365, Canva, Zoom, Jotform, CyberImpact, and other digital tools
🎓 Understands the education system, including French Immersion and Core French
✨ Can work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid/remote environment
✈️ Is available for occasional travel, evening, and weekend events
📌 Position: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
📍 Work arrangement: Hybrid/remote
