Join Situate for a Community Information Session

Pleasantview 106 St Development

Situate is inviting neighbours to a drop-in information session to learn more about proposed new homes at 6007, 6009, 6011 and 6015 - 106 Street.

Date: Thursday, October 22nd, 2026
Time: 5:30 - 7:30 PM
Location: Pleasantview Community League Hall (10860 - 57 Avenue NW)

Format: Drop-in. Community members can stop any time between 5:30 and 7:30 PM.

There will be posterboards around the room with information about the proposed rezoning and design vision for the homes. Situate’s project team will be on hand to answer questions and hear from community members.

Good morning neighbours!

We are now accepting the applicants for the Pleasantview community league post secondary scholarship. This scholarship of $500 each will be awarded to two young students who live in Pleasantview and the purpose of it is to recognize young people who are active in the community.

The candidate must be:
aged 23 or younger
A member of the Pleasantview community league
Enrolled at a post secondary institution for the current academic year

The candidates letter of application should describe a new initiative to build community in Pleasantview and its implementation, along with why they should be awarded the scholarship. Email your letter of application to [email protected] by October 12. The scholarship committee will review the application applications and award scholarships by October 31.
