Fine Art Club of Macewan University The Fine Art Club of MacEwan University (FACMU) is a student run organization that endeavours to support and promote exposure to the fine arts.

Our goal as student run organization is to foster stronger peer-based connections between the students from all faculties who support and practice fine art within the MacEwan University environment as well as connect MacEwan University students directly to the fine arts organizations within the community. In addition, we endeavour to cultivate awareness of opportunities to explore the fine arts bo

th on and off campus. FACMU Activities:

Local Gallery Tours, Theme Based Art Parties, Arts & Crafts Days with Kids (Pending agreement of involvement with local Primary and Secondary Schools and Children's Hospitals), Arts Mentoring (for current and prospective MacEwan University Students), Annual Fundraising for the Fine Art Grad Show, Liaison with Private Parties and Municipal and Provincial Governments for the creation of Voluntary Public Works of Art, and Monthly Lunch-Time Arts Lectures
