Auxiliary to Cowichan District Hospital We provide hospital services, and volunteers operate a Gift Shop and Thrift Store. All proceeds are used to purchase equipment and patient comfort needs.

HOSPITAL GIFT SHOP
Open Tuesday to Saturday 11 AM to 2 PM. Our Gift Shop offers a unique assortment of gifts for all occasions including an excellent selection of cards, magazines, baby gifts and confectionery. HATS THRIFT STORE
Open Tuesday to Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM. Our dedicated volunteers create a new home for gently used items. Every item is washed, ironed, dusted and primped to appeal to our

customers. Opened on May 5, 2009. From the dream of one volunteer -- a store was born!!! With lots of convincing and LOTS of hard work, the Hospital Auxiliaries Thrift Store is a success. We could not do it without our wonderful volunteers and the support of the Community. Thank you everyone! H.A.T.S. volunteers are members of the Auxiliary to Cowichan District Hospital, Lake Cowichan Auxiliary and South Cowichan Auxiliary to Cowichan District Hospital. Our volunteers also perform the following services:

Thanks to all of the people who help make the Cowichan Hospital Auxiliary such a success in our community. At the thrift store, at the hospital gift shop and at Cairnsmore place, you all make an amazing contribution to the community and the lives of the people we serve.

At the regular meeting of the Auxiliary to Cowichan District Hospital (DUNCAN) the membership approved the following disbursements:

CAPITAL
Cairnsmore Place - $15,000
Cowichan Lodge - $14,238
Cowichan District Hospital -$16,000

Cowichan District Hospital Wishlist - $98,839.
