Improving energy efficiency is one of the most reliable ways to strengthen Canada’s economic productivity. Investing $1 in energy efficiency can generate $4–$7 in economic value that flows back into Canadian homes and communities.

Energy efficiency initiatives can:
✅️ Support stronger economic performance
✅️ Create and sustain jobs in trades and manufacturing
✅️ Help businesses manage energy costs
✅️ Deliver benefits in every region of the country

These outcomes contribute to a more competitive, resilient economy. Learn more or join the conversation: https://efficiencycanada.nationbuilder.com/national_priority

What an incredible moment for youth creativity and climate leadership!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us at the 2026 Creative Climate Showcase at the Clean Leadership Conference and to the inspiring artists who shared their powerful work. These talented youth (ages 14–24) from across Nova Scotia reminded us that creativity is a powerful force for climate action. 💚

Shout out to our EcoSchools participating schools in Nova Scotia! Today we’re celebrating the great work happening at Northumberland Regional High School:

🎨 One project we love is a beautiful apple blossom painting. The blossoms and buds were thoughtfully designed to mirror the layout of the school’s food forest planting.
🌽Fun fact: The corn grown in their Three Sisters garden was gifted by a fellow school garden all the way from Digby, showcasing the power of sharing and community.
💧 Another standout is the school’s in-class hydroponics setup, giving learners hands-on experience with innovative, sustainable growing methods.

Way to grow, Northumberland Regional High School!
