Pride in the Park 2026 Vendor Callout

We’re officially looking for vendors for our annual all-ages Pride in the Park celebration!

Artists, makers, community groups, small businesses, food vendors, nonprofits, creators, and more are all welcome to apply, as long as your booth is family friendly and inclusive.
We love showcasing the amazing talent, creativity, and community spirit Cranbrook has to offer!

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Huckleberry Books Cranbrook for being such an incredible supporter of Cranbrook Pride.

Most recently, Huckleberry partnered with us for our 19+ Drag Story Time pop-up event. It brought together a wonderful mix of our q***r community and amazing allies for an evening full of snacks, shenanigans, storytelling, and connection.
Huckleberry Books proudly hosted our very first all-ages Drag Story Time during 2025 Pride in the Park, and we’re thrilled to announce they’ll be hosting a second edition at Pride in the Park 2026 on June 13th!

The Cranbrook Pride board is so grateful to have such a strong pillar of the community in our corner. Community matters deeply, and Erin truly embodies what it means to be both an incredible ally and an active, caring member of the community as a whole.

We are so incredibly grateful to all those that have donated to Fernie Pride over the last few weeks and are actively supporting keeping Pride alive in the Elk Valley and South Country.

But the fundraising continues until the end of June because as we all know, Pride doesn't run on rainbows...

In 2025, with your support, we were able to accomplish the list below and it is not exhaustive!

🌈Provided Safe Night Out education for local bars and restaurants
🌈Supplied Fernie and Elkford with Rainbow Benches
🌈Started work on the Kootenay Pride Guide
🌈Commissioned the Kootenay Q***r History Project
🌈Awarded 3 High School Graduation Scholarships to students from Elkford, Sparwood and Fernie
🌈Created a Rainbow Registered Subsidy Program for local businesses
🌈Provided $1000 in Community Care Funds
🌈Subsidized 183 hours of counseling, massage and physiotherapy through the Q***r Health Initiative
🌈Adopted the Fernie Pride Reconciliation Statement
🌈Participated in the Coal Miner Days (Sparwood) Parade, and Griz Days (Fernie) Parade, Kimberley Pride Festival, Fernie Mountain Market, Fun Field Festival
🌈Online Auction Fundraiser success
🌈Rainbow Connections events
🌈Hired a Youth Coordinator
