🎉 The banquet is almost here and we’re ready for a great night!

All card draws are $20, and we’d really appreciate $20 bills. With a sold-out banquet we run short on change, this helps keep things moving! We will have an ATM on site for cash and accept debt/ credit for silent auction, so let’s get bidding!

BANQUET DONATION REQUEST

Our annual East Kootenay Big Game Club Banquet is coming up, and like many organizations right now, times are tough and donations are lower than usual.

This banquet helps support wildlife conservation, youth programs, and our local outdoor community. We rely heavily on the generosity of local businesses and individuals to make this event successful.

If you are able or inclined to help with a donation, whether it’s merchandise, services, gift cards, or other items for our auction and raffles, we would be incredibly grateful.
