🎳 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 🎳

Special Olympics Bowling in Cranbrook is looking for Assistant Coaches to help out this upcoming season!

📅 Sundays at 3:00 PM
⏰ Usually about 2 hours
📆 Starting September 13 – running until April

No previous coaching experience is necessary, just a willingness to help, have fun, and support our athletes!

Kootenay Pride at Special Olympics Nationals!

What an incredible week for our Kootenay athletes at the National Summer Games! We are so proud of everyone and their amazing accomplishments!

🥇🥈🥈🥉 Stuart Hawton – 1 Gold, 2 Silver & 1 Bronze
🥈🥉 Sebastian Gylander – 1 Silver & 1 Bronze
👏 Kendall Salanski – Personal bests in every race, including an incredible 18-second improvement in one race!

⛳ Golf
Erin Thom – 5th place in Women’s Level 5, Division 1 after three days of 18-hole golf!

🟢 Bocce
Our four local Bocce athletes who have played together as a team for years took on singles at Nationals and all four medalled!

So proud of this amazing group! You represented the Kootenays with heart, determination and sportsmanship.
