Seeking donations: picnic blankets (and lawn games) for Pride in the Park

Do you have any extras sitting at home that you want to see used? We're looking for some blankets to use for our summertime Pride in the Parks.

We're also looking for lawn games (spike ball, corn hole, ladder ball, etc.)

Note: we're aware the town has lawn games to borrow. Just a little hard to coordinate pickup/dropoff with volunteers, so we're trying to get our own to keep in our storage.

Casual crafts + mingling. The last Make & Mingle for the season is tomorrow, Wednesday, May 13th at CanMore Together. Drop by from 7-9 PM.

Come colour, crochet, darn socks, make friendship bracelets etc. Bring your own projects or play with whatever you can find in our craft bin.

No projects? No problem! This space is for everyone. You can even just come for the snacks (we won't judge).

May's Make and Mingle is happening this Wednesday, May 13 from 7-9 PM at . We'll be switching to Pride in the Park starting in June for the warmer months.

Everyone is welcome to join - allies included.

Paint patches and clothes with us tomorrow morning for Breakfast Club! Allies are welcome to join.

This is beginner-friendly with some simple examples/templates for you to reference. All supplies provided. Bring your own clothes if you want to paint on them (cotton, linen, denim work best). We'll also have fabric patches you can use to paint too.

By donation at door. No registration needed.

We had over 30 people in attendance who learnt from 5 different 2SLGBTQIA+ community members who shared their stories and experiences.

Have you heard about our Breakfast Club that is happening on the first Thursday of the month from 10 AM to 12 PM? It's a community skill-sharing club where community members teach other helpful skills, with all supplies included!

This month we'll learn how to upcycle your clothing with paint with Jess Sampson of ! Bring your clothes to paint on (denim, linen, cotton, and canvas work best)! Don't have any clothes to paint? No stress! We have fabric patches you can use as well!

This is by donation and no registration is required. See you at Origin at Spring Creek this Thursday!
