This year’s celebration has an especially important purpose. Funds raised through donations and the 50/50 will support the **Canadian Veterans Services Society Calgary Veterans Food Bank**, helping us provide veterans and their families with food, dignity, compassion and hope.

Come meet Tyson Kidd, explore the vendor tables, show off your cosplay and enjoy an unforgettable day with the whole family—all while supporting the heroes who fought for all of us.

🚨 CALGARY, WE NEED FRESH PRODUCE!🚨

Our Calgary Veterans Food Bank is in desperate need of fresh fruits and vegetables for the veterans, first responders, and families we serve.

Right now, our produce shelves need:

🥕 Carrots
🫑 Peppers
🥒 Cucumbers
🧅 Onions
🥬 Leafy Greens
🍅 Tomatoes

🍎 Apples
🍊 Oranges
🍐 Pears

A bag of apples. A bundle of carrots. A few cucumbers or peppers. It all adds up.

Fresh food is such an important part of what we provide, and right now we simply don't have enough.

What an incredible evening! ❤️

A heartfelt thank you to Bret "The Hitman" Hart and everyone at Hitman's Bar for inviting the Canadian Veteran Services Society to be part of Bret's birthday celebration.

It was an absolute privilege to spend time sharing our mission and raising awareness about the work we do in supporting Canada's veterans, first responders, and their families through our food banks, wellness programs, and Clearwater Retreat.

One of the highlights of the evening was presenting Bret with one of our Canadian Veteran Services Society logo jackets. He graciously accepted it, saying he would wear it with honor and that he truly appreciates what we do for those who have served our country and communities. Those words meant more to us than we can express.

Meeting so many wonderful people, making new connections, and having the opportunity to tell our story reminds us that awareness is just as important as fundraising. Every conversation opens another door to helping someone who may be struggling.

Thank you, Bret, for your kindness, your generosity, and for using your platform to help shine a light on our mission.

Whether you're a first responder, military member, outdoor enthusiast, industry partner, or longtime customer, we invite you to stop by, grab some breakfast, and connect with the community that makes events like this possible.

This annual tradition is an opportunity to bring people together, catch up with familiar faces, meet new ones, and celebrate Stampede season with the people who serve and support our communities every day.

Supporting Canadian Veterans
This year, we're proud to welcome the Canadian Veterans Service Society, who will be joining us throughout the event.

Their team will be on-site to share information about the programs and services they provide in support of Canadian veterans and their families. Attendees will also have the opportunity to support their efforts through optional donations.

The Canadian Veterans Service Society will be accepting:

• Non-perishable dry food goods

• Household items

• Monetary donations

All donations are completely optional, but greatly appreciated. If you're able to contribute, we encourage you to bring an item or make a donation to help support veterans in our community.

We're honored to have them join us and encourage guests to stop by their booth to learn more about the important work they do.
