Trails Routes are * 🚫 Temporarily Closed 🚫* on RGE RD 60 and 63, South of Town Ship 550 and North of Highway 633 due to Flooding. We are currently pumping and draining the areas of concern.

Please respect the temporary trail closure and we will have them back open as soon as possible, our hard working trail volunteers are on it!!

Staging Area and Trails within the Stanger Hills Rec Quarters are still OPEN for the time being.

Alberta has a tiered fire ban system to restrict activities that may cause wildfires in the Forest Protection Area of Alberta.

Fire advisories, restrictions and bans are temporary measures that can help reduce the number of human-caused wildfires. As the fire danger levels rise or fall, these restrictions are adjusted to reduce the likelihood of wildfires.

As per Alberta Forestry and Parks:

Notice of Closure - Plane Crash Trail Bridge (July 15, 2026)

Please be advised that the OHV bridge between TM111 and TM120 will be closed for redecking on July 15, 2026. The closure notice is attached for your reference.

The closure will only be in effect while the bridge is being redecked. As soon as work is completed the bridge will be reopened to traffic.
