Everyone who has built in EchoHaven has learned something. There is a tremendous collective knowledge about what works and what doesn’t work in building to NetZero or Passive House standards. Sure, energy use is drastically reduced but other practical benefits include great indoor air quality (healthy home) and an amazingly quiet home.
