Charmaine Williams, Councillor Rod Power, Peel Regional Police, My Community Services, Our Place Peel, Brampton Library, Peel Career Assessment Services, and everyone who helped support and shape this initiative.

We had a great turnout at our recent Citizenship Information Session at Springdale Brampton Library!

A special thank you to Citizenship Judge Anthony Blair for sharing his expertise and providing valuable insights into the Canadian citizenship process, eligibility requirements, and what applicants can expect throughout their journey. Participants appreciated the opportunity to learn and left feeling more informed and confident about taking the next steps toward Canadian citizenship.

Through our Library Partnership Program (LSP), BMC regularly offers free newcomer information sessions at libraries across Brampton. These sessions provide newcomers with reliable information, connect them to community resources, and support their successful settlement and integration into Canada.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this session a success. We look forward to continuing to bring meaningful learning opportunities to the community!
