🎡☀️ Murwillumbah Show – FULL STEAM AHEAD! 🐮🐓

The gates swing open at 4 pm TODAY, with all the thrills and spills of the RODEO kicking off at 7 pm NSW time (6 pm Queensland time)! 🤠🐂

With beautiful sunshine and clear skies forecast, it’s shaping up to be a wonderful weekend at one of the Northern Rivers’ favourite agricultural shows!

There’s SO MUCH happening!

🐮 Stud beef, dairy cattle and commercial beef competitions

🐓 Poultry judging and displays

🪓 Woodchopping featuring world-class competitors

🐴 Horse breed, led and ridden competitions are going ahead, although showjumping and horse sporting events have unfortunately been cancelled.

📣 Good news for horse section exhibitors! Entries will be accepted on the day, with no additional surcharge. The previously advertised surcharge will not apply.

🐑 Farm animal experiences and Old McDonald’s Farm

🏍️ Spectacular freestyle motocross displays

🎪 Sideshow Alley, rides, showbags and trade stalls

🎶 Live music, entertainment, fireworks and plenty more!

🌾 Welcoming Australian Grain Technologies (AGT) as our inaugural Grain Sample Competition sponsor!

Now in its second year, our Grain Sample Competition runs alongside the on-farm AgShows NSW / Suncorp Bank Dryland Field Wheat Competition, with the 23 regional finalist crops across NSW eligible to participate.

Grain samples are sent to Farmlink, followed by Incitec for further testing, providing growers with valuable information to guide future production decisions.

These competitions are about more than winning — they help growers learn, refine their practices and benchmark their results.

The Lockhart crop was among the final two assessed yesterday, bringing Western Regional judging in the AgShows NSW / Suncorp Bank Dryland Field Wheat Competition to a close.
