Venture UWA Our vision is to be the centre of innovation at UWA by providing an environment that enables and empowers students to develop ideas into reality.

At Venture we want to create an environment where the development of ideas is encouraged, a community which accelerates development, building valuable partnerships and sharing of collective wisdom. Our aim is to be a central point of connection of Clubs, Societies and all UWA Students, offering valuable hands-on experiences, ideation, and innovative thinking within the UWA and WA ecosystem. Ultimately, Venture will support student innovation through, grants, idea development opportunities, access to industry experts and to incubator facilities.

That’s a wrap on our Internship Program 🎉

We brought our interns together to celebrate the end of the program and to thank them for their time, energy and commitment throughout the semester. Every one of them contributed something real. We also recognised a few people who stood out along the way:

🚀 Go Getter: Emmanuel Jawo and Saniya Chawla
💡 Problem Solver: Rishon Jose and Sasank Parimi
🤝 Team Player: Gaia Gang
🔄 Pivot Pro: Patty Canapi

Congratulations to our winners, and thank you to every intern, startup and mentor who made this semester what it was. We can’t wait to see where you all go next.
