If you have ever thought about working in the quantitative finance industry, we encourage you to apply. We accept from all backgrounds, whether it be STEM fields, Commerce, Political Science - whatever degree you are studying. What we truly care about is how you think, your problem solving, and how you can contribute to solving complex problems in financial markets.

Despite us working together to solve problems in and around financial markets, you do not need any prior finance knowledge at all. We recruit for your problem solving ability and how you think.

Trading & Quant Research:

Engineering:
Dive into the technology stack that powers one of the world’s leading trading firms. Take on hands-on engineering workshops and explore how the systems behind global markets are designed, tested, and optimised. Tests your programming fundamentals, technical judgement, and systems thinking.
