Healthy Change Challenge

Healthy Change Challenge Healthy Change Challenge is a fun and empowering holistic health program and NDIS provider for people of all abilities.

Challengers (participants) learn to conduct their own exercise,nshopping and cooking sessions in collaborative teams. The Challengers are now running free exercise sessions for the general public and for other marginalised groups. We are always innovative and creative in what we do. The entertaining and insightful HCC group page is managed by the Challengers. We are a registered NDIS/NDIA provider

but we are also a social enterprise and 100% of donations, grants or sponsorship money is used to open the program to any willing marginalised people across Australia.

To celebrate Naidoc week, the team made a couple of special visits to Yarnteen Yamaloong Indigenous Centre!

Full of appreciation for the rich culture and wisdom of our first nations people the crew undertook a number of activities including learning some indigenous dances and foraging for bush tucker.

Yamuloong is an Awabakal word meaning ‘coming together’.

The mission: 💪 Over 1,500 push-ups as a team, with everyone doing at least 10 a day!

The result: The team completed extra with a mix of styles including:

🌊 Aqua wall
🪑 Chair push-ups

With our ever-growing network of trainers, coaches and community partners, we have an unlimited variety of activities on offer for participants to design their own program.

We don’t have a centre - and that’s kind of the point. HCC happens in community spaces that participants can access anytime. That also means we’re:

🍛🥗 The Front of House program with our friends at TAFE Hamilton is serving up more than just delicious food — it's building skills, confidence & a more inclusive community! 🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏼👨🏿‍🤝‍👨🏻👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏾

Every day, our participants are lighting up the kitchen whipping up 100+ meals (think roasts, curries, burritos & more!) and selling them to the public. 🌯🍽️
