It's just shy of 10.00 am Monday and Felicity is about to head down to the Cafe with a whole load of gluten FREE loaves which didn't sell at the market yesterday. Emphasis on the FREE because we'd rather give them away than throw them away. OK not completely free. The fine print is you've got to buy a coffee or other hot drink to qualify. One loaf per customer/drink.

OK social media - time for you to do your thing and find one of our first recipients Emma Clark.

What we know:
* Emma won the SA School based apprentice of the year in 2006 and was employed in the baking sector
* She became a F&B recipient in 2007
* At that stage she and her family lived in Mt Compass and if memory serves us right they may have run the Mt Compass Tavern
* At some stage she worked for ANZ Bank
* We believe she became a paramedic and possibly a midwife
* We think she was in Port Lincoln area a few years ago

We have a very important event coming up and would really like to invite Emma so if you happen to know her or her family can you please share this with them and ask Emma to contact our EO Carol Graham.

We have tried all the usual avenues - email, facebook (do you know how many people are called Emma Clark), Linked in (message sent), google etc - and its time to put my hand up and ask for HELP please.

A classic with a smoky twist. This is bar quality in every poor.
Our Whisky Espresso Martini can stand on its own merits, but can be so easily elevated with a delicate smoke. We recommend Apple Wood or Cherry Wood infusions of around 45 seconds with an over the glass smoker but really, your own imagination is the limit!
We are fully stocked with gift packs that include the smoker and chips and our always popular Espresso Martini is available in store at Hahndorf.
