Mental health support isn't just a phone number or a website.

Sometimes it's showing up in person. Sharing a meal. Having a conversation. Hearing "you're not alone."

That's exactly what we saw in Loxton last week, for Breakthrough's Mates Meals and Mental Health Dinner, alongside as locals came together to connect, learn and find hope through honest conversations about fitness, wellbeing, leadership, vulnerability and resilience.
The event was delivered alongside the expertise of Farmers Tom Jonas and Marc Ryan The Beautiful Bogan

A huge thank you to our partners of Primary Industries and Regions Elders Rural Services Adelaide Football Club and West End Draught for helping make it happen.
