Yesterday The Hornsby Chamber and local businesses met with Julian Leeser in a round table discussion at Hotel Pennant Hills.
Julian heard from over 20 small businesses and entrepreneurs about their views on Labours budget.
With taxes on savings, investments and family trusts this is going to have a huge impact on local businesses who are already struggling under increased costs.
The general consensus among small businesses is that there is uncertainty. Customers are cutting back on spending, prioritising what they can afford, the cost of living among families is high, prices are going up.
Thank You to Julian Leeser for taking the time to listen to small businesses and the difficulties they are facing. And for taking this to parliament.
Small businesses are the back bone of society, we need small businesses, who put their houses and savings on the line and risk everything for their entrepreneurial drive and passion to create a service or product.
Thank You to everyone who attended and provided valuable feedback at this discussion.
